In the realm of retail, competitive shopping is as crucial as the selection of materials. Without engaging in competitive shopping, you won’t grasp the dynamics within your market and make informed choices when it comes to material and style selection. I often jest that my job essentially entails getting paid to shop. I possess an in-depth understanding of what to look for, why and what it means, a knowledge you might not have. Consider enlisting my expertise to not only shop but also thoughtfully analyze my observations, helping you make more informed design and buying decisions.
I have been around the world in pursuit of good shopping. Europe- Paris, London, Amsterdam, Berlin and Barcelona to name a few. All of the great European shopping destinations. Hong Kong and Shanghai + South Korea have all been ports of call for good fashion. Domestically, Los Angles is great for denim and trendy home goods, New York City is the mecca of streetwear and high fashion and don’t forget middle American malls like King of Prussia to benchmark what every day American’s are wearing. From Miami to San Francisco, I’ve shopped everywhere!
